This existing building has had two levels refurbished to provide circa 13,000sqft of CAT A office grade space. Planning permission has been granted to extend the existing building by one additional storey adding over 4,000sqft NIA.

Challenges included working within an occupied building and creating the optimum layout within a circular space.
